I hope you love all of your items from my small business Revenge the Label! However, I know sometimes you may need to return a purchase and pick something better suited for you!!!
Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days after receiving your order (this is when the product is delivered NOT ordered) After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return and you will not receive a store credit code.
The following items are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for a return!
- sale items (this includes any item bought during a warehouse sale, holiday sale, OR under our "sale" section!)
- items from our outlet site
- any custom revenge merchandise (as they are made to order -- we will not be able to process these returns!)
Items must be in original (perfect) condition to be accepted for return.
- Tags must be still attached to your item
- For bikinis, they must have the panty liner protector still attached (yes we can tell when you have taken the panty liner off and put it back on)
- Free from odor (smoke, body odor, etc)
- Free from excessive human or animal hair
- Free from makeup marks or smears
- Free from self-tanner residue
- Neatly packaged
(items received with any of the above listed may not receive a store credit code!)
If for some reason, you receive a defective item:
- please contact us at revengethelabel@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item.
- Include a photo of the damage in your email that accurately shows the flaw, stain, rip, etc!
- If we are not notified within 2 days, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement!
More things to consider!
- Revenge the Label is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing by the customer.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you receive an email that your item was damaged upon return arrival, you have the option to buy another shipping label to get the item back.

SHIPPING TIMELINES:
There are 3 different options for shipping:
- Standard Shipping ($7) - 5-7 business days for your package to be shipped
- Priority shipping ($10) - 3-5 business days for your package to be shipped !
- Express Shipping ($30) - 1-2 business days for your package to be shipped!
(NOTE: any restock or preorders will have an ESTIMATED ship week — meaning… your shipping selection will ship within the estimated ship week with the shipping option you chose!)
If you are purchasing an IN STOCK item WITH a PREORDER item, your entire order will ship together when the PREORDER item arrives UNLESS you reach out via email to request your other items to ship immediately!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST/ SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS?
We are not responsible for any lost packages shipped to the address you provided on your order. Please ensure before ordering the address and email address are correct before placing your order. If address or email is inputted incorrectly, there is no guarantee we will be able to change your address or email and therefore will not be responsible for the listed mistake! However, if you see you inputted the wrong email or address, please immediately fill out the form on our website or email us @ revengethelabel@gmail.com as soon as possible so we are more likely able to see and fix the mistake before shipment! If your package says it was delivered and you are not seeing your package, we strongly encourage you to reach out to the postal service your package was shipped with! They are the only ones who can possibly fix the misplaced package. We hope no one has this issue, but we will be here as much as we possibly can to help and get the issue fixed!

Not all fabrics can be machine-washed. Regardless of what the label says, we always recommend washing swimwear by hand, on delicate, or hand wash on machine if available. Use cold or lukewarm water and a gentle detergent. Never leave your bikini or swimsuit to soak; you should rinse it immediately.
Let your bikinis hang to air dry. Skip the dryer because high temperatures can permanently damage the fabric.
We also recommend washing any colored bikinis separately on their first wash to prevent any form of color bleeding the first rinse may have. After first wash, wash with like colored clothing or other bikini sets! We recommend not washing colors with whites.
NOTE: we are not responsible for color bleeding on suits due to improper washing!
