What is your return/exchange policy?

I hope you love all of your items from my small business Revenge the Label! However, I know sometimes you may need to return a purchase and pick something better suited for you!!!

Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days after receiving your order (this is when the product is delivered NOT ordered) After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return and you will not receive a store credit code.

The following items are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for a return!

  1. sale items (this includes any item bought during a warehouse sale, holiday sale, OR under our "sale" section!)
  2. items from our outlet site
  3. any custom revenge merchandise (as they are made to order -- we will not be able to process these returns!)

Items must be in original (perfect) condition to be accepted for return:

  • Tags must be still attached to your item
  • For bikinis, they must have the panty liner protector still attached (yes we can tell when you have taken the panty liner off and put it back on)
  • Free from odor (smoke, body odor, etc)
  • Free from excessive human or animal hair
  • Free from makeup marks or smears
  • Free from self-tanner residue
  • Neatly packaged

(items received with any of the above listed may not receive a store credit code!)

If for some reason, you receive a defective item:

  • please contact us at revengethelabel@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item.
  • Include a photo of the damage in your email that accurately shows the flaw, stain, rip, etc!
  • If we are not notified within 2 days, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement!

More things to consider!

  • Revenge the Label is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing by the customer.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you receive an email that your item was damaged upon return arrival, you have the option to buy another shipping label to get the item back.

We are so beyond thankful for your understanding! If you have any additional questions regarding our return policy or sizing before ordering, please email us BEFORE you purchase with us to ensure you have the best experience with Revenge the Label!!! We are always happy to help in any way we can!

What happens if my package is lost/ shipped to wrong address?

We are not responsible for any lost packages shipped to the address you inputted on your order. Please ensure before ordering the address and email address are correct before placing your order. If address or email is inputted incorrectly, there is no guarantee we will be able to change your address or email and therefore will not be responsible for the listed mistake! However, if you see you inputted the wrong email or address, please immediately fill out the form on our website as soon as possible so we are more likely able to see and fix the mistake before shipment! If your package says it was delivered and you are not seeing your package, we strongly encourage you to reach out to the postal service your package was shipped with! They are the only ones who can possibly fix the misplaced package. We hope no one has this issue, but will be here as much as we possibly can to help and get the issue fixed!

Do you still do story sales/ revenge thrifts?

Yes, I do weekly story sales on my Instagram story (@shoprevengethelabel). All of these items I have hand-picked for you! The condition, size, and brand of each will be listed.

Where is your "sale" section?

We do not have a sale section on our new website just yet! BUT we have an online outlet store that is full of incredible deals EVERY DAY! www.revengethelabel.com

How long will my package take to ship?

There are 3 different options for shipping:

  1. Standard Shipping - 5-8 business days for your package to be shipped
  2. Priority shipping - 3-5 business days for your package to be shipped
  3. Express Shipping - 1-2 business days for your package to be shipped

(NOTE: any restock or preorders will have an ESTIMATED ship week — meaning… your shipping selection will ship within the estimated ship week with the shipping option you chose!)

All of these shipping methods are priced differently and can be found when checking out.

NOTE: although we understand dming is one of the easiest ways to contact us -- we unfortunately will probably not see your dm due ot high volumes of dms (it is nearly impossible to keep up and keep track) SO please do not only contact via dm if you have an important question or concern!

our standard size guide (unless specified otherwise in the product details) is as follows:

Clothing:

0-2: XS

2-4: S

4-6: M

8-10: L

12-14: XL

Bikinis:

XS -- Fits a size 0 BEST, Fits Smaller A - A Cup

S — Fits a size 0-2 BEST, Fits A - Smaller B Cup BEST

M — Fits a 4-6 BEST, Fits B - C Cup BEST

L — Fits a 8-10 BEST, Fits a D - DD Cup BEST

XL -- Fits 10-12 BEST, Fits D -- DD Cup BEST)
